Oxford-London Programme 

This summer, the Oxford Institute will be conducting a Summer Program in Oxford followed by a week in London. The Oxford - London programme is designed for students who want to have a deep insight into the British Education System. It is a unique opportunity for local and International students to be introduced to UK's top four institutions including Oxford University, London School of Economics and Political Science, Imperial College London and University College London.

Initially, the students will join the program in the University of Oxford for a week and then move to LSE accommodation in central London and will continue the summer program for another week. To read more about the week at Oxford University, please follow the Oxford page.

About LSE  

The London School of Economics and Political Science is regarded as an international centre of academic excellence and innovation. LSE was founded in 1895 and joined the University of London in 1900.  The School is renowned to have one of the top Social Sciences department.

Accommodation at LSE

During the second week of the summer programme, students will be residing at the Bankside House, LSE resident halls. The Bankside House is located in the historic borough of Southwark on the Thames’ South Bank.  The accommodation is at walking distance from the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and the South Bank Arts Centre, as well as the famous Borough Market.

Excursions and Activities

To experience the best of British culture in London, our program will include activities and excursions to some of the most exciting and important sites in London.

You’ll also take part in some fun and engaging activities leading to increased interaction with the team and your camp fellows. Our team will try to show you parts of London, hidden from plain view! After a day of classes and socials, you can get to know your peers over a game of football or dinner in one of London’s popular restaurants. Stay assured that you will be immersed in London life.

Distinctive Features of Oxford - London Summer Camp 

Along with residing at two top University campuses, students will get a chance to study and interact with the tutors and attend lectures of both University of Oxford and LSE. Programme attendees will also get an opportunity to visit Imperial College London campus and Universty College London campus and attend guest lectures there.
